• Too much food on each tray. Remove some foods and dehydrate for a longer time.
Food drying unevenly. • Foods need to be cut uniformly.
• Foods with uneven pieces can be rotated during the drying process.
Fruits or vegetables • Too much moisture was left in the food. Dry further to remove excess moisture.
