Program
Number
22-08-01
DIL/IRG No Answer Destination
After the timer in program 22-01-04 expires the call will
overflow to the pre-defined location defined in this pro-
gram.
SL Net calls can overflow to a Centralized Voice Mail
from any location using a setting data of 103. When 103
is assigned, calls will overflow to the pilot number defined
in PRG 45-01-07.
22-01-04
DIL/IRG No Answer Destination Timer
A call will ring the DIL or Ring Group destination for the
specified amount of time programmed. Once the timer
expires, and the call was not answered, the call will now
overflow to the destination set in program 22-08-01.
4.5 Call Routing - Inbound (DID)
Program

22-02-01*
Incoming Call Trunk Setup
ISDN PRI or SIP trunks at any location can send a DID
directly to any extension number in the SL Net network.
Trunks must be set to type (3) DID to follow the digit con-
version tables.
22-11-01*
Received Number
Enter the digits received from the Telco that are going to
be translated.
The amount of digits entered should be equal to the set-
ting assigned in program 22-09-01.
22-11-02*
Target Number
Enter the destination number where the DID is sent.
The destination can be any valid extension number in the
SL Net network.
22-11-04
Transfer Operation Mode
The transfer operation mode allows DID calls to have
more routing options than just the target number. If the
transfer operation mode is set to "No Transfer", calls will
only be delivered to the Target Number specified in pro-
gram 22-11-02. If set to one of the three other modes, it
will follow that mode through all assigned transfer desti-
nations.
22-11-05
Transfer Destination Number 1
SL Net allows calls to overflow to a Centralized Voice
Mail from any location using a setting data of 103. When
103 is assigned, calls will overflow to the pilot number de-
fined in PRG 45-01-07.
If the transfer operation mode is set (PRG 22-11-04), and
one of the conditions is met, calls will overflow from the
target number to the destination in this program. If this
was a No Answer condition, calls would overflow to this
program after the timer in 22-01-06 expires.
