Locking button in tailgate
1 Vehicle unlocked.
2 Vehicle locked
(via Central Locking System)
3 Vehicle locked
(Tailgate is additionally
secured.)
Power Windows and Sliding/
Pop-Up Roof
Hold key in door lock in the
locking position (3) or in tailgate in
the separate locking position (4).
The windows and the sliding/pop­
up roof begin to close automatic­
ally after approx. 1 second.
Warning!
Never close the windows or
sliding/pop-up roof if there
is the possibility of anyone
being harmed by the closing
procedure.
In case the closing procedure
causes potential danger, the
closing procedure can be im­
mediately reversed by turning
the key to the unlocking posi­
tion (2) within 10 seconds. The
sliding/pop-up roof and
windows will open again. The
sliding/pop-up roof will only
open if it was not fully closed.
Note:
If the closing procedure is inter­
rupted, it can only be continued by
first turning the key to the un­
locked position (2) and then again
to the door locking position (3) or
in tailgate in the separate locking
positon (4).
