Connection to the valve

The actuator has a force-locking connection
to the valve in de-energized state.

Turn the handwheel (2) counterclockwise
to retract the actuator stem as far as it
will go.

Place the actuator on the valve connec-
tion and screw coupling nut (4) tight
(tightening torque 20 Nm).

Mounting position

Any mounting position may be used, how-
ever, may not be installed in a suspended
position.
