Possible fault
Faulty injector / injection pump.
Incorrect injection timing.
Oil level incorrect.
Insufficient intake air, air filter
dirty.
Leak in inlet manifold.
Intercooler dirty.
Incorrect valve clearance.
Excessive wear of cylinder /
piston.
Faulty turbo compressor.
Engine overloaded, max. rpm is
not reached.
Engine overloaded, dirty pro-
peller -boat hull, excessive load
