MOTOR VALVE BLOCK - REASSEMBLY
4. Install 2 High Pressure Relief Valves as Shown in Figure 54, Torque to 25 ft. lbs. (34 nm)
5. Install Low Pressure Relief Valve as Shown in Figure 55, Torque to 75 ft. lbs. (100 nm).
6. Install Valve Block back on Motor if this all that was being repaired or set it aside for now if more
work is being done on motor.

RE-ASSEMBLY:
(On Machete Motor) See Figure 56
1. Install Low Pressure Relief Valve Make
sure to install the same amount of
Shims back into Relief Valve as was
removed.
2. Install Shuttle Valves in End Cover
3. Install Gauge Port Plugs
4. DO NOT TIGHTEN ANY of these
components at this time unless this is
all that is being repair, If so go to
Figures 75 and 76 later in this Manual
for Torque Settings and more detailed
Assembly instructions.
