These mowers are designed to cut grass, weeds, small brush and other vegetative material up to 2-1/2” diameter in areas such as pastures, industrial areas, and roadsides. The mower is equipped with protective deflectors and/or chain guards to prevent objects being thrown from the mower by the blades, however, no shielding is 100% effective.
