1.1 Important notes

ATTENTION!
Work on the heat pump must only be performed by authorised and
qualified after-sales service technicians!
ATTENTION!
When operating or maintaining a heat pump, the legal requirements of the
country where the heat pump is operated apply. Depending on the
refrigerant fill quantity, the heat pump must be inspected for leaks at
regular intervals by a certified technician, and these inspections must be
recorded.
ATTENTION!
When transporting the heat pump, ensure that it is not tilted by more than
45° (in any direction).
ATTENTION!
Never install the device in rooms in which there are any permanent
ignition sources.
ATTENTION!
The device contains combustible refrigerant. The device is designed
exclusively for outdoor installation. Avoid ignition sources in the danger
area! The casing must remain closed!
ATTENTION!
Before commissioning, the transport fastening must be removed.
ATTENTION!
The heat pump is suited for outdoor installation only. Installation in
hollows, shafts or areas with no free outflow or air exchange is not
permitted.
ATTENTION!
There must be no ignition sources, windows, doors, ventilation openings,
light wells, openings to the sewer system or similar in a safety zone 5 m
all around the device. Open drains to a lower area are permitted providing
there are no openings to the sewer system 5 m around it.
ATTENTION!
Do not restrict or block the area around the air intake or outlet.
ATTENTION!
Observe country-specific building regulations!
ATTENTION!
Installation in a hollow or in an inner courtyard is not permitted because
cooled air collects at ground level and is drawn in again by the heat pump
during extended periods of operation.
ATTENTION!
The frost line can vary according to the climatic region. The regulations
of the countries in question must be observed.
ATTENTION!
It is prohibited to remain in the direct vicinity of the device during storms
(risk of lightning)!
EN-2
ATTENTION!
Work outdoors on electrical equipment or live components may only be
carried out in dry weather conditions. In wet conditions (rain, snow etc.),
the device must be closed correctly.
ATTENTION!
Use personal protective equipment in accordance with German Social
Accident Insurance (DGUV) regulation 100-500 Sec. 2.35. German Social
Accident Insurance (DGUV) regulation 3 must be complied with.
ATTENTION!
With fully demineralized water, it is important to ensure that the minimum
permissible pH value of 7.5 (minimum permissible value for copper) is
complied with. Failure to comply with this value can result in the heat
pump being destroyed.
ATTENTION!
Ensure that there is a clockwise rotating field: With incorrect wiring the
starting of the heat pump is prevented. A corresponding warning is
indicated on the display of the heat pump manager (adjust wiring).
ATTENTION!
Operating the heat pump at low system temperatures may cause the heat
pump to break down completely.
ATTENTION!
Before opening the device, ensure that all electric circuits are
disconnected from the power supply.
ATTENTION!
The refrigeration circuit must not be damaged.
