Favorites

If you want quick access to a contact, you can set them up as a Favorite. A
smaller list of Favorites displays in the Lines view. Contacts that have a star
displayed on the contact info page indicate a favorite.
To view your favorites list:
From the Home view, press the Directories. Or, from the Lines view,

press Directory.
2. Press Favorites.
To make a contact a favorite:
1. Navigate to your contact directory, and select the contact.
Press Info.

3. Select More.
4. Press Add Fav.
5. Select Yes to confirm.
To dial a Favorite contact:
Navigate to your Favorites list.

2. Select the favorite contact you want to call, then press Dial.
3. Select the appropriate phone number of contact you want to call, and
press Select.
To add a speed dial key to any blank line key:
1. Press and hold the blank line key you would like to use.
2. Enter the required contact information:
• First Name
Last Name
•
• Nickname (as you would like to see it appear on your display)
• SIP Address (This is the phone number)
3. Press Save. The line key is now dedicated to speed dial for that contact.
