Preparing for first-time use, taking out of service and disposal

8 Set the following:

Refer to the user manual for instructions on this.
9 Select the Superheated steam cooking program:
Set 150°C and 10 minutes. Refer to the user manual for
instructions on this.

Check the following points:
Is the oven light on?
Is the fan running?
Are there any leaks in the water-supply and waste-water
system?
Does the temperature rise inside the oven?
Is steam being generated inside the oven? (Open door
carefully)
11 Check ignition for the following gas burners:
OGS: burner for oven heater
OGB: burner for over heater and burner for steam generator
12 OGS/OGB:
Carry out a flue gas analysis.
Make sure that the flue gas values comply with the figures
specified under Gas installation to a fixed connection on
OGS/OGB appliances on page 58. If not, the bur-
ner/appliance adjustments must be corrected.
13 OES and OGS:
Run the appliance in Steam mode.
Use the pressure regulator to adjust the water supply read-
ing for the steam generator to the pressures in the table
below:

Appliance with automatic cleaning (CONVOClean system):
Start the CONVOClean system.
Check the supply of CONVOClean and CONVOCare.
Customer guidance and instruction.
Instruct the user in all safety-related functions and devices. Instruct the user in how to operate the
appliance.
To do this, follow the procedures given in the following checklists:
