Risk from microbiological contamination of food
When loading the oven ahead of time, e.g. for pre-setting the start time of the cooking program, the
cold chain of chilled foodstuffs may be broken.
When planning the loading times, always ensure there is no break in the cold chain.

Interrupting cooking

Micro-organisms may multiply if cooking is interrupted.
Make sure that you do not interrupt the cooking process.
