Machine Stops, Shuts Off, or Display Goes Blank

Please be descriptive of the issue. Answer all questions listed below:
• Does the power shut off completely?
• Does the display go blank?
• If the display is not blank, what exactly is on the display?
• Is the display frozen?
• Do the buttons respond?
• Is the power switch still glowing?
• How long in to a workout does the issue happen?
• What speed are they using when it happens?
• User weight?
• Have they ever lubed the belts?
• When was the last time they lubed the belts?
• Have they adjusted anything recently?
When the
machine stopped,

screen?

When
the machine
stopped, did the

display remain
powered on?
NO
Check the
power cord
connection. Is the
power cord
damaged?
NO
Insert the
safety key
Contact customer
care for advanced
troubleshooting
assistance
Cycle the power
off/on switch. Does

the machine power
on?
If unsure, use the machine
until the issue returns. Do
NOT try to access the error
log.
If unsure, use the
machine until the issue
returns.

Replace the
power cord.

home circuit breaker for
that outlet. Reset any GFI /
AFI outlets on the same

circuit breaker keep

Try another outlet. Machine
will not work with some older
GFI / AFI, or in houses with
improperly grounded
