While belts are in operation
check to see if noise is
coming from the walking
belts contacting part of the
machine.
Note: it is normal for belts to
ride partially on black plastic
belt guide at rear, and metal
belt guide under machine,
as long as contact is not so
forceful that noise is
produced.

Is the noise coming
from the machine?
NO
Check the friction
block. Is it loose, or
damaged?
YES
Replace the
friction block.
