No Power, Display Never Turns On

BEGIN HERE
Unplug the power cord from both
ends. Inspect the entire cord for
any damage or crimps. Plug the
power cord back in securely at
both ends.
Test the wall power
outlet with something, to
ensure it is working. For
example, plug a lamp in
to the wall power outlet.
Does the wall power
YES
outlet work properly?
NO
Use a different wall power
outlet.
Replace the upper
Does the
power cord need to
be replaced?
NO
Is the power cord
plugged directly in to
a 3 prong outlet?
YES
Does the
on / off switch glow,
when you flip it on? It
NO
is located next to
where the power cord
plugs in.
Replace the power cord,
and AC Inlet Power Wiring.
If a different wall
Plug the wires in.
power outlet does
not work, contact
customer care for
advanced
troubleshooting
assistance.
Replace the I/O cables.
