Replace the
IGUS / Virtual
Pivot.
Replace the
drive belt.
Replace the motor.
Turn belts
on at 1.5 mph, with
no one on the machine.
Does the rear roller make
grinding or clicking noises
when rotated?
Check the
IGUS / Virtual Pivot,
ensure hardware is tight.

Are the bushings worn or
damaged?
Is the drive belt
YES worn or damaged?
Make sure
the motor is mounted
securely to the frame.
YES
Does motor or tach wheel
show visible signs of
damage?
Remove
the drive belt.
Rotate motor

Replace the
rear roller.
Go to Troubleshooting:
Middle of Machine.
