Answering a second call

You are on line with a correspondent and receive a second call (a new line key flashes).

Setting up a conference call

You are engaged in a call with a correspondent and you wish to set up a three-way with
another correspondent.
Dial
Releasing one of the correspondents
Drop
Withdraw from the conference
Leave
Ending the conference
* Depending on the programming performed by the system operator

• Press the flashing line key to take the second call (the first
correspondent is put on hold).
You can switch from one call to the other or set up a three-way
conference.
1 - Press the Conference key.
-> The party is put on hold.
2 - Dial the number of the other party.
3 - Press Dial.
4 - When the second correspondent is on line, press the
Conference again to confirm (the first correspondent is kept
on hold until the conference is validated).
-> The numbers of your two correspondents are displayed on
screen.
If you cannot reach your 2nd correspondent, press the flashing
line key to resume your conversation with the correspondent on
hold.
1 - Using the browser go to the correspondent to be released.
2 - Press Drop to release the selected correspondent.
• Press Leave.
-> You are not any more in the conference, but your two
interlocutors remain on-line.
• Press End or hang up.
