Calling an operator
To reach the person in charge of call distribution:

Calling an internal party by name

If you do not know your internal party's number, you can access it by entering their name
on the alphanumeric keypad.
Terminal idle:
Phone Book
* Depending on the programming performed by the system operator

(switchboard)

1 - Press the system Phone Book key.
2 - Enter the first characters of the surname, first name or a
character string, to search everywhere using the
alphanumeric keypad (for more information, see
"Alphanumeric keypad", page
For instance:
- To search for John Duval, you can enter «J DU» ou «DU J»
or «JO D» or «J D» etc...
- To search for John Le Gros, the surname must be entered
from the first part of the surname «J L» «JO L» «J LE»...
3 - Press

4 - If several answer are available, select
place the cursor over the searched name then press
to validate.
5 - Using the browser, select the number to call (Office, Home,
GSM).
6 - To call the correspondent, press
or to call from the secondary line of a multi-line terminal, press
the line key corresponding to this line.
To return to the idle screen:
• Press the left key of the browser or press the
