Sending an init packet to a remote shelf

Usually, the host sends an init packet to a remote shelf only if its administrative
state is UP and its operational state is DOWN. To restart autodiscovery between
the host and a remote shelf without resetting the shelf, use the topology -r
command and specify the shelf's ID. For example:
