The flash does not fire.

Red-eye reduction flash mode at slow shutter speed
Photographing up to three shots of a subject in combination of
correct exposure and under or/and overexposure.
The compensation amount can be selected from ±0.5 to ±1.0.
Automatically focuses on the subject.
Enables a long exposure time to be set.
The long exposure setting can be selected from no set time or 1/2/4/8/15/30/60 seconds.
The timer starts when the shutter button is pressed, and the
shutter is released automatically.
The timer is selected from 2 or 10 seconds.
Sets the film sensitivity manually.
The film speed (ISO) can be set to 25, 50, 100, 200, 400, 800,1600, 3200, or Auto.
When using a film of ISO800 or higher, with this mode, the
camera detects the brightness of the subject, and matches the
aperture (from 0 to +2EV) according to the brightness.
