Multiple print jobs can reside in the print queue. Only the currently printing job can
be cancelled.
To cancel a print job:
1. On the Home screen, touch the print button
box if it is not already displayed.
2. In the Print dialog box, touch the Cancel Current Print Job button
The printer immediately stops printing and displays a Cancel Job confirmation
message.
3. Touch Yes to cancel the job. The printer cuts the media.
Note: Once canceling is confirmed, the print job cannot be resumed.
Use this procedure to resume a print job that was interrupted.
To resume an interrupted print job:
1. When the job interruption message displays, correct the condition that caused
the interruption (e.g., replace the media or ribbon).
2. Select the option to continue:
Resume Current (reprints the current label, then continues printing)
Resume Next (prints the next label, then continues printing)
Cancel the print job.
If you install media that has a roughly cut front edge, it is best to feed and cut the
media. Also, feed and cut media if you have a partially printed job that you need to
remove from within the printer.
To feed and/or cut label stock:
1. With the printer power on, press Feed
media you want exits the printer.
Note: For die-cut media, the media advances to the cut position which is the
next die-cut label. For continuous media, the media advances two inches each
time you press the Feed button.
2. If desired, press Cut
repeatedly until the length of
