SYMPTOMS
Ceiling hoist does not traverse the rails.
Ceiling hoist emits excessive noise when
activated.
Ceiling hoist will not charge
No indicator light on hoist
The emergency strap does not turn ceiling hoist
off
The emergency strap does not lower the ceiling
hoist.
If problems are not remedied by the suggested means, contact an Invacare representative or specialized dealer for service.

Hand control defective (Robin Mover™only)

SOLUTION

Replace the hand control.
The hoist must be replaced. Contact an Invacare
representative or specialized dealer for service.
Check that the power supply is switched on and
connected to the charging station.
Contact an Invacare representative or
specialized dealer for service.
Check that the ceiling hoist has power supply
and that the battery is recharged.
Place the hand control in the charging station
and recharge the ceiling hoist.
