Removing and Replacing the Rubber Stopper and Cover Hinge FPC

1. Remove the battery door, battery, front housing cover, upper PCB, receiver, camera-
module FPC connector, flush-light FPC connector, rear housing cover, carrier antenna,
vibrator connector, daughter board, vibrator, lower PCB, and keypad as described in the
procedures.
2. Use a tweezers to remove the rubber stopper from the rear housing as shown in Figure 26.

3. Use a tweezers to remove the cover hinge FPC from the rear housing as shown in Figure 27.

4. To replace, press the cover hinge FPC and rubber stopper into place.
5. Replace the keypad, lower PCB, vibrator, daughter board, vibrator connector, carrier
antenna, rear housing cover, flush-light FPC connector, camera-module FPC connector,
receiver, upper PCB, front housing cover, battery, and battery door as described in the
procedures.
