Airplane mode

Set Airplane mode to disable wireless function (call, packet
communication, Wi-Fi, Miracast, tethering, Bluetooth
function) of the terminal. However, Wi-Fi, Miracast and
Bluetooth functions can be turned ON manually in Airplane
mode.

[Wireless & networks]→[More]

Turn [Airplane mode] to ON

Alternatively, you can set/cancel it from the phone option
menu which is displayed by pressing and holding P.
Tethering
Tethering is a function that allows external devices connected
via USB cable, Wi-Fi, or Bluetooth communication to connect
to the Internet by using a mobile device such as smartphone
as a modem.

While tethering is enabled, for using sp-mode function other
than Internet connection and mail service, authentication
may not be available or sign in by d ACCOUNT may be
required. When authentication is not available, disable
tethering to use.
･
When you connect to Internet using tethering, Wi-Fi device
applications such as web browser or game may not work
properly depending on the usage environment.

◆ USB tethering
Connect the terminal to a PC using USB cable A to C 01
(optional) to use the terminal as a modem to access the
Internet.

PCs are confirmed. Note that DOCOMO does not guarantee
the operations of every PC.
◆ Wi-Fi tethering
You can use the terminal as a Wi-Fi access point to connect Wi-
Fi devices to the Internet .

Up to 10 Wi-Fi devices can be connected at the same time.
･
Only 2.4GHz is supported for tethering.
