■ Bluetooth
● The terminal cannot be connected to a Bluetooth device/
A Bluetooth communication device cannot be found
from the terminal
Make Bluetooth communication device (commercially
available) detectable and then register the device on the
terminal. If you delete the registered device and register
the device again, delete the registrations on both
Bluetooth device (commercially available) and the
terminal, and then perform registration of the device.→

● Calls cannot be made from the terminal connected to an
external device such as car navigation or handsfree
device
If calls are made several times when the other party does
not answer or is out of service, the call to this number
may be disabled. In this case, turn the terminal OFF and
ON.
■ Maps/GPS function
● Cannot set AUTO-GPS service information
Check if the battery level is low and AUTO-GPS function
stops. If AUTO-GPS stops due to Low-power operation
settings, AUTO-GPS service information cannot be set.
In this case, set Low-power operation settings to [Not
suspend] or charge the battery.→P35 , P146
Mark [AUTO-GPS operation settings].→P146
Is the GPS function OFF? When the GPS function is OFF,
AUTO-GPS function stops.→P118
■ Others
● Data saved in USB mass storage is not displayed
Reattach the USB mass storage.
● Commercially available external devices (USB mouse,
keyboard, etc.) are not recognized.
Connect a USB device to the terminal and operate the
following to start using a USB device.
From the Home screen,
→[Detect a USB device]→[DETECT A USB DEVICEUSB]
When you use Type-C conversion adapter
(Commercially available), connect Type-C conversion
adapter to the external device and then connect to the
terminal.
* Note that DOCOMO does not guarantee all of commercially
products. Use a product compatible with HOST function (OTG
function).

◆ Error messages

● Memory space is full
The terminal is low on memory. If you keep using, some
functions and applications may not be operated.
Open setting screen to select unnecessary apps, then
press "Uninstall" to uninstall them.
It is displayed when the available memory of the terminal
is low. Tap [Setting screen] to delete unnecessary
applications. Alternatively, end running applications or
clear cache of applications to increase memory space. →

● Fingerprint hardware not available.
Displayed when the fingerprint sensor does not work
normally. When the fingerprint sensor cannot be used
even if you turn the power off and on, contact a nearest
sales outlet such as docomo Shop.
