If screen turns off or lock screen
appears
Canceling sleep mode
When no operation has been made on the FJL21 for a
certain period, the screen automatically turns off according
to "sleep" setting.

In sleep mode, C
Sleep mode is canceled.
• Pressing C during operation goes into sleep mode.
Unlocking screen

Drag right
The screen is unlocked.
◎ If "Screen lock auth" is on, authenticate with set unlock method to
unlock.
◎ Drag
left to set manner mode.
◎ Drag
right to cancel manner mode.
◎ Drag
left to activate the camera.
If "Screen lock auth" is on, camera can be activated without
authentication. However, in this case, some camera functions are
not available.
◎ If "Screen lock auth" is on, "Emergency call" appears on the
authenticating screen. Tap to display the dial pad.
Unlocking with fingerprint sensor
Press the fingerprint sensor to cancel sleep mode, then
slide your finger to cancel the screen lock.

Sleep mode is canceled.
• Pressing the fingerprint sensor during operation goes into
sleep mode.

Slide your finger on the fingerprint sensor
The screen is unlocked.
• First, press the fingerprint sensor, then release and slide
the finger.
◎ For canceling the screen lock by registered fingerprint, set "Security
unlock preference" to "Fingerprint" with "Screen lock auth" ON.
