Send Appointments
Select appointment tap Menu > Beam Appointment, and then select device to
exchange, and tap Beam.
You can send a calendar appointment to another phone over MMS.
1. Select an appointment, then tap Menu > Send as vCalendar.
2. Enter the recipient in To.
3. Tap Send.
Configure Calendar Options
Select Menu > Tools > Options to open the Calendar options settings screen. Select
the item to set up. Options include:
General tab:
1. Start in: Set the default view option for Calendar.
2. 1st day of week: Choose a day as the first day of the week.
3. Week view: Choose how many days to display for the weekly view.
You can also choose whether or not to show half hour slots or week numbers.
Appointments tab: You can set reminder for new items and select Show icons. You can
also choose to send meeting requests via Outlook E-mail or your own E-mail account
that you have set up.
5.3 Tasks
Select
> Programs > Tasks.
Add New Tasks
1. Tap Menu > New Task.
2. Enter the task information.
3. Tap OK.
