Add Windows Live Contacts
1. Sign in the Windows Live Messenger.
2. Tap Menu, and then tap Add new contact.
3. Enter the contacts' E-mail address and tap OK.
Tips:If you choose to have Windows Live services appear on the Today screen, you
can quickly access Messenger from there.
Send an Instant Message from Messenger
Chat with your Messenger contacts by using Windows Live Messenger on your device.
1. Sign in Windows Live Messenger.
2. Scroll to the online contact you want, and then tap Send IM.
Note: You can only send an IM to contacts who are online. The Messenger icon
next to online contacts will appear green. The Messenger icon next to offline
contacts will appear gray, and you can Send E-mail instead of Send IM.
3. Enter the message text in the message area, and then tap Send.
4. To end the IM session, tap Menu, and then tap End conversation.
Tip: If you choose to have Windows Live services appear on the Today screen, you
can quickly access Messenger from there.
