Set the expected CO span gas concentration.

This should be equal to the percent concentration of the CO
reporting range (default factory setting = 12%).

The CO span concentration value automatically defaults

to 12 %.
If this is not the the concentration of the span gas being
used, toggle these buttons to set the correct concentration
of the CO calibration gases.
