Copy: Lets you use the settings in the project to start a
new project. The tester does not put test results into the
new project.
Delete: Lets you delete the project and all the test results
in the project. The tester shows a warning if you have
uploaded less than 100% of the results to a PC.
To delete the test setup or ID set, tap
or ID set so you can edit it to make a new one, tap
If you delete an imported ID set from a project,
the ID set is still available in the tester. To delete
imported ID sets from the tester, use LinkWare PC
software. See "Delete an Imported ID Set" on
page 169.
A project must have at least one Test Setup and
one Cable ID set. If you delete them all, the tester
makes a default Test Setup and Cable ID set.

Step 1: Give the Project a Name

On the home screen, tap the PROJECT panel. The PROJECT
screen shows the active project.
1-2. Tap CHANGE PROJECT, then tap NEW PROJECT.
1-3. Use the keyboard to enter a name for the project, then tap
DONE.

Step 2: Specify an Operator

The operator is the person who will use the project to do a job.

On the PROJECT screen, tap the Operator panel, then select
or add an operator:
To select a different operator, then tap a name in the
OPERATOR list.
To add an operator to the list, tap NEW OPERATOR, use
the keyboard to enter a name.
