CORRECTIVE ACTION
Use Crestron Toolbox to poll
the network. Verify that the
device is connected to the
network.
Check that all ground
connections have been properly
made.
Reroute the audio together with
the video.
Use Crestron Toolbox to
manage the EDID capabilities
of the devices in the system.
Check the control system error
log or the DM-MD6X4/
DM-MD6X6 for HDCP errors.
Verify that HDMI is selected.
Ensure that the proper video
signal is routed to device.
Power on the device connected
to the HDMI 1 output port and
ensure that it is switched to the
correct input.
Use the DMTool in Crestron
Toolbox to determine the cause
and to correct accordingly.
