Your appliance can be set to temperatures between
30 and 300 ºC. 40 ºC is equally useful for producing
creamy yoghurt as it is for proving light yeast dough.
Bring milk (3.5 % fat) to the boil, allow it to cool to
45 ºC and then stir in yoghurt. Transfer it to cups or
small screw top jars and leave covered on the
ceramic. Prepare as described below.
