Mount the special tool on the cartridge.

The special tool must be used in order that the adjustment tube is not
raised. Otherwise, oil will reach the piston rod.

Slide the cartridge into the inner tube.

If the cartridge turns as well, press the piston rod slightly to the side.

Clamp the fork vertically.

Refill with fork oil.

Pull out and push in the piston rod several times to bleed air from the car-

Pull out the piston rod. Mount spring. Reinstall the pin.
