INDOOR UNIT Error Method:
Wired Remote Controller
Communication Error
Detective Actuators:
Indoor unit Controller PCB
Wired Remote Controller (Option)
Forecast of Cause:
1. Connection failure
Check Point 1 : Check the connection of terminal
Check & correct the followings.
Check the connection of terminal between Wired Remote Controller and indoor unit,
and check if there is a disconnection of the cable.
OK OK
Check Point 2 : Check Wired Remote Controller and Controller PCB
Check Voltage at CN6 (terminal 1-3) of Controller PCB.
(Power supply to Remote Control)
>> If it is DC12V, Remote Control is failure. (Controller PCB is normal)
>> If it is DC 0V, Controller PCB is failure.
*When the server room setting is activate:
Forecast of Cause:
1. Connection failure
Check Point 1 : Check the wiring connection
Check if 3 wires on the terminal are corresponding with the same color or number on the each terminals.
OK OK
Check Point 2 : Check DIP switch setting on the Indoor unit PCB
Check if the DIP Switch set with [3wire]
OK OK
Check Point 3 : Check Function setting
Perform the Function setting again
OK OK
Check Point 4 : Check Wired Remote Controller and Controller PCB
Check Voltage at CN6 (terminal 1-3) of Controller PCB.
>> If it is DC 0V, Controller PCB is failure. >> Replace Controller PCB
AMP Air Conditioning
Indicate or Display:
Indoor Unit :
Operation lamp: 1 times Flash,
Timer lamp
Detective details:
When the indoor unit cannot properly receive the signal from
Wired Remote Controller for 1 minute or more.
2. Wired Remote Controller failure
(Check Remote Control once again) >> Replace Controller PCB
2. DIP switch wrong setting
: 2 times Flash
3. Controller PCB failure
3. Function setting wrong setting 4.Controller PCB failure
