• You do not have to start up SMART Aware: it runs in conjunction
with SMART Board driver.

The SMART Board driver program must be running.
The procedure immediately below describes how to run Microsoft
Netmeeting on a SMART Board. DataBeam FarSite, Future Labs
TALKShow, Netscape CoolTalk, PictureTel LiveShare, and Intel
ProShare are all run in the same way.
To run Microsoft NetMeeting with Aware:
1. Activate the SMART Board driver, if it is not already running.
2. Open Microsoft NetMeeting.
3. Select Whiteboard from the NetMeeting Tools menu or press
the Whiteboard button on the toolbar.
If enabled for display, the SMART Aware window will show the active
state of the application as follows:
NOTE: The SMART Aware window functions only to display status
messages and provide online Aware Help access.
