When the printing operation is complete, the SMART Print
Capture box will reappear, allowing you to either close Print
Capture or select another source file for importation.
To import files via the Notebook Print Capture Driver:
1. Activate the SMART Notebook and open the particular Notebook
file (.nbk extension) that will receive the file.
2. Switch to the source application of the file you want to import.
3. Open the file you want to print to the Notebook.
4. From this application's Print Setup command (or equivalent),
select the SMART Notebook Print Capture Driver from the list of
supported printers.
5. Activate the Print command.
6. Switch to the Notebook file.
The selected file will appear in the Notebook one printed page
per Notebook page.
Importing Graphic Files
Graphic files can be inserted directly into the current Notebook page via
the Picture from File command in the Insert menu. The imported
picture will appear in the top left corner of the Notebook workspace. This
picture can be moved elsewhere within the current Notebook or pasted
into another Notebook file.
Any of the following image formats can be imported into Notebook for
Windows:
