Billing/Usage

Selecting Billing/Usage allows you to check the billing information. The
Billing/Usage screen shows Serial Number, Counter and Usage Counters.
In the Usage Counters screen, you can check the detailed usage counters. You can
filter the counters by setting the filter (set to All by default) over the counter.

Measurements
Units
Allows you to select a unit of measurement displayed on the screen from Millimeters
and Inches.
Paper Size Preference
Allows you to select the unit of default paper size to be used for printer settings.
To use the A4 size paper for the following printer settings by default and to set the Units
setting to Millimeters, select Metric.
To use the Letter size paper for the following printer settings by default and to set the
Units setting to Inches, select Inch.
• Default paper size for printing
• Default custom paper sizes displayed on the screen for each paper tray
• Default paper size of each paper tray and the bypass tray
Date & Time
Set the date and time for the system clock of the machine. The date and time set here will
be printed on all lists and reports.
Set Automatically
Select this to set the date and time automatically according to the time server.
