1) Remove the 3 screws [1], and slide the original size
detection unit [2].

2) Disconnect the connector [1], and detach the
original size sensor unit [2].

5.4.3.4 Removing the Reader
Controller PCB
1) Disconnect the 5 flat cables [1] and the connector
[2] then, remove the 4 screws [3], and detach the
reader controller PCB [4].

Disconnecting the Flat Cable
Slide the locking lever [1] in the direction of the
arrow; then, disconnect the flat cable [2].
