Creating a new language
This function enables a new (additional) language to be created in the project. New language-
specific files are copied into the project. The data they contain is accepted, and can then be
translated into the target language.
Note
Different languages are supported, depending on the type of control.
Note
If a source language is not available as a master copy in the project, then the new language
is inserted with the aid of templates.
