Processor Overview
The Intel
®
Xeon D-1500 Series processor is a low-powered 64-bit SoC (System-on-
a-Chip) processor that is optimized to deliver high performance, energy efficiency,
and enhances the total cost of ownership solutions. The low-power consumption
of the processor makes it suitable for microservers that can effectively take on
hyperscale workloads, intelligent edge network or ultra-dense embedded devices.
Based on the 14nm microarchitecture, the Xeon/Pentium D-1500 Family processor
utilizes up to 16 processor cores on 65W of power.
