2.PRINTING FROM WINDOWS APPLICATIONS
 Storing jobs in the equipment's box (Store to e-Filing)
This feature allows you to send print jobs to e-Filing on this equipment. Jobs stored in e-Filing can then be printed
from the touch panel display. You can select either a public or user box to store print jobs. You can also specify a folder
in these boxes to store print jobs. The public box is shared by all users who can view the jobs stored in this box. You
can create user boxes to suit your needs. You can also restrict access to user boxes with a password.

 When the following paper sizes are selected for the originals or the print paper, [Store to e-Filing] is not available.
When paper of these sizes is included in a document, the print job cannot be stored in e-Filing.

 Documents stored in e-Filing are saved at the best image quality for printing. If you want to download them to your
computer at a higher image quality, scan the original documents and store them in e-Filing.
 When you store a document in e-Filing, it is stored as an image. It is not stored in e-Filing in the same way as the
original is stored on your computer.
 You can manage files in e-Filing on the touch panel. For more details, see the e-Filing Guide.
