Enter the password for the Private Print job, and then press [OK].
 When your computer's login user name is used for [User name (Alias)]:
The list contains the Private Print jobs for the same password.
 When a nickname is used for [User name (Alias)]:
The list contains the Private Print jobs for the same user name and password.
Select the document name from the private print job list, and then press [PRINT].

 Checking one copy before printing other copies (Proof Print)
You can print out one proof copy as a trial. This helps to prevent wasting paper. You are then prompted to specify
whether you want to continue or delete the print job.
When printing multiple copies that are sent as individual jobs by your application, all the copies, not just one copy,
will be printed even if you set Proof Print. In this a case, perform Proof Print for one copy first, and then change the
number of copies on the touch panel.
Display the [Basic] tab menu.

Select [Proof Print] from [Print Job].

Set other printing functions as needed, and then click [OK].

Click [Print] or [OK] to send the job.

One copy is printed and the remaining sets are stored in the Proof Job list on the touch panel display.
Press [Print] on the Home screen on the touch panel.

Select [PROOF].
Select the job from the list, and then press [PRINT].
