Heating system inspection
Condition-based maintenance
1. Shut down the heating system
2. Remove and clean heat exchanger baffles
3. Clean the heat exchanger heater flue (heating surfaces) and combustion
chamber and afterwards reinstalling the heat exchanger baffles in original
positions
4. Check seals/sealant ropes on burner door and burner and replace as neces-
sary
5. Check and clean heat exchanger system, replace gaskets if necessary
6. Combustion air supply and flue system
• Clean air supply system
• In the case of concentric combustion air supply and flue pipe, clean the
condensate outlet
7. Start up the heating system
8. Carry out final check of the maintenance work
9. Check safe and proper operation
Confirm properly-completed servicing
