The sporty character of the SLS AMG provides sponta-
neous connotations of an aircraft cockpit. The wing-
shaped instrument panel is a clear indication of this.
In addition, the four striking air vents look like the
steel engines of a jet plane. These are matched by the
center console, which is in the style of a jet plane
control panel, and the E-SELECT selector lever, which
vaguely resembles the thrust lever found in an
airplane cockpit.
