Disassembly
l. Remove the mufflers.
2. Remove the rear brake adjusting nut and disconnect the
brake rod from the brake armo
3. Remove the lock pin, nut and bolt; separate the rear brake
stop arm from the brake panel.
4. Pry off the cotter pin and loosen the rear wheel axle fiuto
Loosen the lock nuts and drive chain adjusting bolts.
5. Disengage the drive chain from the final driven sprocket.
Then take off the rear wheel together with the chain
adjusters and rear wheel axle.
6. Take off the dust cover and remove the sprocket side plate
by loosening off the nuts.
7. Pry off the snap ring and remove the sprocket and sprocket
fixing bolts.
