Install the bearing retainer and stake at two places as
shown.

3. Being sure that the O-ring is installed in the wheel hub,
install the speedometer gear box retainer and retainer cover.
4. lnstali the speedometer gear box, aligning it with the groove
in the gear box retainer.
5. PIace the brake disc to the wheel hub and secure with new
lock washers, bolts and nuts.
6. lnstall the front wheel to the front forks with the axle
holders.
NOTES:
a. When fastening the holders to the front forks, tighten
the bolts at the front first and then the ones at the rear.
b. The "F" mark on the holder should be pointed toward
the front of the machine.
7. Adjust the caliper and, if necessary, bleed air in the brake
system.
