The test may be stopped manually, or it will stop automatically when the
duration is reached.

After the test is stopped, the final impulse counter measurements may be
examined.

Calculation will be required to determine the absolute number of lower-
level impulses, since the lower counters are set by higher-level impulses.
(e.g: iLo - iMid = iLo abs ; iMid - IHi = iMid abs )
