Procedure
1. Go to the Features screen.
2. Tap the entry for the extension for which you want to answer the ringing call.

Speed dialing to a monitored extension
About this task
Use this task to make a call to a monitored deskphone. Ensure that the monitored deskphone to
which you make the call is in an idle state. If the monitored deskphone has an active call redirection
feature and you can override the feature, the monitored deskphone rings for 30 seconds. If no one
answers the call during this time, the system redirects the call to the redirected number.
Procedure
1. Go to the Features screen.
2. Tap the entry for the monitored deskphone that you want to call.

calls to another extension.
The monitored extension is idle, and the user has enabled Single Ringing.
The monitored extension is idle, and the user has enabled Multiple Ringing.
