After setting the frequency and amplitude, press the Mod key to

enable modulation.
Press the Modulation Type softkey and select FSK.

The FSK Source is set to Internal by default. Therefore, do not change

it.
Press the Hop Frequency softkey and set the value to 5 MHz.

