Troubleshooting
This chapter describes major problems that may occur during the CC-Link system construction and lists the
items to be checked and confirmed for troubleshooting.

Troubleshooting procedure
The table below lists the items to be checked and confirmed for each troubleshooting problems.
Problem
64CCL cannot be linked.
Master
station

setting, or transmission rate / hardware test setting?
Can the master station carry out link stop?
Is it a reserved station?
Is the CC-Link cable wired correctly?
Is the 64CCL performing data link?

Check the error code BFM#29 b0-b2.
Check the switch setting status (SW006A).

The LED display of the master station is checked.
The setting of the master station is checked.
Cable wiring is checked.
Use the following method:
Check the LED display of the unit.
Check the station data link status of the master
station (SW0080).
Check the sequence program.
Check the parameters.
