(16) Adjusting the looper thread cam

1. Adjust so that thread comes off from the highest place of looper thread cam
and the top end of left needle
fix the looper thread cam.
2. Preventing thread winding around the looper thread cam (former type)
Adjust the clearance provided between the top end of section
and the edge of looper thread cam
with looper thread cam
3. Preventing thread winding around the looper thread cam (new type)
Adjust the clearances to 0.5 to 1mm (to a degree not coming in contact with bobbin thread cam
metal cover ) between the tip of bobbin thread entanglement preventive cutter
between the end plane of cutter
Standard Adjustment
aligns with the bottom surface of looper
